Can a condo unit be rented under a corporate name?
Yes. Both individual and corporate contracts are available. Corporate contracts are limited to Cambodia-based local subsidiaries.
What documents are needed to sign a rental agreement?
For private rental
・Photo and VISA status pages of the applicant’s passport
For Corporate rental
・Photo page of the applicant’s passport
・Photo and VISA pages of the corporate representative’s passport
・Copy of the corporate register
What are the other additional charges?
Additional fees are charged for dry-cleaning, water server service and the electricity charged.
Does the rent include room cleaning fees?
Yes, these are included. Room cleaning and laundry are done five days a week on weekdays.
How soon can I move in?
You can move in on the day you sign your rental agreement. Furniture and appliances are provided so you can move in at any time.
Can I see a condo first?
Yes, we offer walk-throughs. These can be done every day between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please contact us in advance.
How much does it cost to move in?
Fees include a one-month security deposit and one-month rent in advance.
Are there any brokerage fees?
No. There are no brokerage fees.
Are water and utilities included in the rent?
The water bill is included in the rent; however, the electricity is charged separately.
